Do I need a doctor’s referral?
While you are not required to bring a doctor’s referral for physiotherapy or massage therapy, some extended health insurance plans may need one for coverage. You may also want to bring any imaging or reports from your doctor, as they are often helpful.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you please give 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments or a service charge of 35$ will be applied.
Do you do direct billing for extended health benefits?
