How long will my appointment take?
The length of your appointment will vary depending on your situation. Generally initial appointments take about 30-45 minutes, while follow-up visits take approximately 30 minutes.
How many appointments do I need?
This will vary from patient to patient depending on the type of injury. At your first appointment your physiotherapist will complete an assessment and will be able to give you a much more accurate timeline. While your progress will depend on a variety of factors, it is common to feel improvement after just the first session.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
While you are not required to bring a doctor’s referral for physiotherapy or massage therapy, some extended health insurance plans may need one for coverage. You may also want to bring any imaging or reports from your doctor, as they are often helpful.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you please give 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments or a service charge of 35$ will be applied.
